Workers can track the progress of their assigned construction sites through the app. Each construction process is divided into multiple stages, and workers are required to report their completion for each stage using the app. The app also enforces a minimum number of construction days for each stage, ensuring that workers cannot report completion too quickly.

2. Timely wage disbursement:

Workers can apply for their wages through the app. To make an application, workers must provide details about the completion status of specific milestones. The wage application process involves confirmation from the project manager within a specific time frame. If the project manager fails to confirm, the system automatically approves the application. The application then goes through further approval stages, including inspection director approval and financial department approval, before the wages are disbursed. Initially, workers do not need to specify the wage amount, as it is calculated based on the percentage of the contracted amount. However, for subsequent disbursements, the amount is determined based on an agreement between the project manager and the worker.
